“I’m Maura Dowd Sniegoski, founder of Kindred Advocates. I’ve cared for my aging parents and my in-laws, while raising three medically complex children under eight, all while building my career as an insurance agent. I know what it’s like to be pulled in every direction with no one in your corner who actually understands the system.”

With 20 years in business operations and as principal of Sniegoski Life Group, Maura brings an insider's command of health insurance contracts, billing systems, and medical necessity appeals.

She is pursuing her credential through the Patient Advocate Certification Board (PACB) and remains an active fellow of Leadership Anne Arundel (LAA). Kindred Advocates is the realization of her vow: ensuring no family walks through medical chaos alone.
